For surveys completed according to the specified requirements and within the deadline, we will pay the survey reward according to the schedule below.
For surveys visited by the 15th of each month: Payment on the 15th of the following month
For surveys visited by the end of each month: Payment at the end of the following month

Please note that if the payment information you have provided is incorrect, we will not be able to complete the payment successfully.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly, so we kindly ask you to double-check your information.
Once the correct payment details are confirmed, we will reprocess the payment.
Please be advised that the payment schedule will follow the rules below:
■ For payments scheduled on the 15th(if payment could not be completed)
If you resubmit the correct information by the 18th of the same month: Payment will be made at the end of the same month.
If you resubmit the correct information between the 19th and the end of the same month: Payment will be made on the 15th of the following month.
※ After that, payments will be carried forward to the next cycle every 15 days.
■ For payments scheduled at the end of the month (if payment could not be completed)
If you resubmit the correct information by the 3rd of the following month: Payment will be made on the 15th of the following month.
If you resubmit the correct information between the 3rd and the 15th of the following month: Payment will be made at the end of the following month.
※ After that, payments will be carried forward to the next cycle every 15 days.
Please note that rewards will not be paid in the following situations:
- False member information
- False report content
- Disclosing survey details to third parties
- Not conducting the survey on the selected survey date
- Failing to submit or correct the report within the deadline
- Not following the specified survey instructions
- Low report quality
