Let me explain the steps to participate in the survey.
Once you have been assigned a survey, please follow the steps below to complete it!
STEP1：Hover over “My Surveys” and click on “Ongoing Surveys” that appears.
STEP2：Check the assigned survey, review the survey details, and then accept the assignment.
Please conduct the survey within the displayed survey period.
When the assignment is first made, a tentative survey date is set, but as long as it is within the displayed period, you may change the survey date. This can be done at the time of acceptance.
STEP3：Before participating, please enter your personal information and upload a copy of your ID.
Before participating in the survey, we ask that you update your membership information and submit your identification document.
If you do not enter your personal information, we will not be able to pay your reward even if you participate in the survey. Please make sure to complete these steps.
STEP4：On the Day of the Survey
Please conduct the survey on the scheduled survey date.
STEP5：After Completing the Survey (Submission of Report and Proof of Visit)
After you have completed the survey, please submit your report and proof of visit by 9:00 a.m. the following day.
STEP6：After Submitting the Report
We will review your report, and if there are any additional questions, we will contact you by email.
In that case, please respond by email.
STEP7：Survey Completion
Once everything has been checked, the survey will be considered complete.
Completed surveys will be displayed below.
Once the survey is complete, the reward will be paid.
